The reserving party agrees to abide by any mandates, capacity restrictions, and rules enforced by Leo Annapolis pertaining to the overall health and safety of guests. All guests consuming alcohol must be 21+ and willing to show a valid ID if necessary. The reserving party agrees to indemnify and hold Leo Annapolis along with their successors, assigns, employees, owners, investors, managers, and affiliates harmless from any damages that may result from Leo failing to open on the event date. By signing this agreement, Leo agrees to use all reasonable efforts to be open on the date of the event. However, should some circumstance occur which would make it commercially unreasonable to open, Leo reserves the right to cancel the reservation in its sole judgment. Should Leo fail to open on the date of the event, any deposit amount or fee delivered to Leo will be returned to the reserving party within a reasonable time period.
